Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the pre-production phase for the Parfum & Beauté team, including briefing, defining product needs, and implementing necessary actions.
  • Create summary documents such as shot lists and inventories.
  • Prepare and ensure the correct quantity and usage of products for campaign shoots.
  • Assist with logistics for necessary shipments for shoots.
  • Aid in the preparation and inventory of products used during shoots and manage the archiving of new entries.
  • Catalog and archive looks used in shoots.
  • Maintain the campaign release tracking document.
  • Update the summary document of pieces used for the Horlogerie Joaillerie department.
  • Ensure proper tracking of post-production files, visual calibrations, and laboratory archiving.
  • Update the stock tracking file essential for the team.
  • Participate in team meetings.

Qualifications

  • Advanced education in communication or production.
  • Recognized for proactivity, rigor, and organizational skills.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel, Adobe, and Keynote. Curiosity and versatility.

Experience

No specific experience required, but a background in communication or production is preferred.

Advanced education in communication or production.
