Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the pre-production phase for the Parfum & Beauté team, including briefing, defining product needs, and implementing necessary actions.
- Create summary documents such as shot lists and inventories.
- Prepare and ensure the correct quantity and usage of products for campaign shoots.
- Assist with logistics for necessary shipments for shoots.
- Aid in the preparation and inventory of products used during shoots and manage the archiving of new entries.
- Catalog and archive looks used in shoots.
- Maintain the campaign release tracking document.
- Update the summary document of pieces used for the Horlogerie Joaillerie department.
- Ensure proper tracking of post-production files, visual calibrations, and laboratory archiving.
- Update the stock tracking file essential for the team.
- Participate in team meetings.
Qualifications
- Advanced education in communication or production.
- Recognized for proactivity, rigor, and organizational skills.
