Role & Responsibilities
- Support the production manager in daily follow-up of seasonal collections from prototype to industrialisation.
- Track production schedules and monitor deadlines to ensure on-time delivery of collections.
- Liaise with suppliers, ateliers and internal teams (design, sourcing, quality) to coordinate sampling and production queries.
- Record and report production status, deviations and non-conformities; propose corrective actions in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Assist with quality-control checks and ensure compliance with brand specifications and finishing standards.
- Maintain and update production documentation, technical files and tracking tools.
- Contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives to optimise lead times and reduce variability in the production process.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in a recognised higher-education programme (BTS, Bachelor, DUT, or equivalent) in fashion production, industrial management, supply chain or related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to manage concurrent priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional interpersonal manner when dealing with suppliers and internal teams.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation and quality control.
- Proactive problem-solving aptitude and willingness to learn within a luxury-production context.
- Availability to begin the apprenticeship in September 2026 and commit to the alternance schedule required by the academic programme.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or academic project experience in fashion production, supply chain or a related operational function is preferred; prior exposure to luxury or apparel production is an advantage.
Education
Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree programme in fashion production, industrial engineering, supply chain management or a closely related field (BTS, Bachelor, MSc or equivalent).
