Role & Responsibilities
- Support the product training project management for Fragrance & Beauty across European markets, from concept through rollout.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (product, marketing, retail, regulatory, local training teams) to align learning content and timelines.
- Contribute to the design and production of training materials, presentations and e‑learning modules with clear, brand-aligned messaging.
- Maintain and update training calendars, rollout plans and project trackers to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Assist in organising in‑person and virtual training sessions, workshops and product launch briefings; manage logistics and participant communications.
- Collect and synthesise feedback and KPI data to evaluate training impact and propose iterative improvements.
- Ensure product information accuracy by liaising with product and regulatory teams during content development.
- Support administrative tasks related to the Learning Management System (LMS) and user access/reporting where required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, Business, Communication, Human Resources, Cosmetics/Beauty or Learning & Development (alternance/work‑study track).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent deadlines and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and brand tone.
- Demonstrated interest in beauty, fragrance or luxury retail and an appetite for product knowledge.
- Curiosity for learning pedagogy and basic instructional design principles; able to translate product information into clear training content.
Skills
Experience
Previous internships or project experience in training, retail, marketing, beauty or project coordination is advantageous. Experience supporting cross‑border projects and organising events or workshops is preferred.
Education
Enrolment in a recognised Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, Business, Communication, HR, Cosmetics/Beauty or a related field (alternance/work‑study required).
