Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Product Owner lead in defining and maintaining the web experience product vision, roadmap and release plan aligned with fashion collections and commercial objectives.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritized backlog items.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers and QA to drive sprint planning, refinement and timely delivery of features.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders (merchandising, marketing, CRM, operations) to ensure cohesion between digital initiatives and brand guidelines.
- Contribute to testing activities (functional, UAT) and support rollout and post‑launch monitoring of KPIs and user feedback.
- Assist with data collection and analysis (A/B tests, analytics) to inform prioritization and iterative improvements to the web experience.
- Document processes, release notes and product specifications to maintain knowledge continuity.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Digital Product, Computer Science, HCI, Business, E‑commerce or equivalent (alternance/apprenticeship eligible).
- Strong interest in luxury retail and digital customer experience, with an understanding of e‑commerce user journeys.
- Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Analytical mindset with basic experience reading web analytics or running experiments.

Experience
Some practical exposure to digital or product teams is expected (prior internship, university projects or part‑time roles preferred). The role is an apprenticeship designed to develop hands‑on Product Owner skills within a multi‑disciplinary digital organisation.
Education
Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's programme qualifying for alternance/apprenticeship (Digital Product, Computer Science, Business, HCI or similar).
