Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Product Owner in the definition, prioritization and maintenance of the digital product backlog for jewellery and watch categories.
  • Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications for digital features and e‑commerce content.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional project workstreams with merchandising, marketing, UX/UI, IT and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage project planning, track milestones and risks, and prepare regular status reports and stakeholder communications.
  • Participate in UAT planning and execution, consolidate feedback, and follow up on remediation until release.
  • Contribute to the preparation and quality control of product content (descriptions, assets, SKUs) for online launches and catalog updates.
  • Analyze basic performance indicators and contribute to post‑launch reviews to inform iterative improvements.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Digital Project Management, Business, Luxury Management, Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to produce clear functional documentation and presentations.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery practices and experience writing user stories or requirements is preferred.
  • Interest or prior exposure to luxury retail, jewellery or watchmaking is advantageous.

Experience

Internship‑level role: candidates should be current students or recent graduates with academic project experience and ideally one prior internship in digital projects, e‑commerce or luxury retail; direct experience in jewellery/watch projects is a plus.

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Project Management, Business, Luxury Management, Computer Science or equivalent.
