Role & Responsibilities
- Define and shepherd the product roadmap for customer engagement initiatives across retail and digital touchpoints, balancing strategic priorities and operational constraints.
- Translate business and commercial objectives into a prioritized backlog; write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate cross‑functional delivery with IT, CRM, marketing, retail operations and UX teams to launch features and campaigns on time and to quality standards.
- Act as primary liaison between HQ teams and in‑market store advisors to gather frontline feedback and ensure solutions support luxury service standards.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for engagement, retention and conversion; use analytics and qualitative insight to iterate on features.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, present roadmap updates to senior leadership, and manage change adoption within retail and client advisory teams.
- Support training materials and roll‑out plans for new tools and processes affecting client advisors and customer‑facing teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, digital technology, engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in product ownership or product management within retail, luxury, or customer‑centric digital environments.
- Strong competency in Agile delivery practices; experience working with Scrum teams and backlog prioritisation.
- Demonstrable ability to work with commercial and retail stakeholders and to translate advisor/customer needs into digital features.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present to senior stakeholders and to influence cross‑functional teams.

Experience
Typically 4–7 years of progressive experience in product roles or digital programme ownership, with demonstrated exposure to retail or customer engagement projects; experience in luxury retail or high‑touch client environments is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, digital technology, engineering or a related field.
