Role & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the end-to-end product portfolio for Advisor & Customer Engagement, ensuring alignment with Chanel's strategic objectives.
  • Deliver high-performing, coherent, and evolving solutions that enhance client satisfaction and advisor efficiency.
  • Develop and manage the product backlog, prioritizing functional and technical evolutions, bug fixes, and operational constraints.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and communicate them to development and QA teams.
  • Define acceptance criteria for user stories to ensure solution quality and relevance.
  • Ensure consistent and transversal responses to business needs using Salesforce and other technologies.
  • Meet deadlines by anticipating stakeholder constraints and managing dependencies.
  • Identify legal or data privacy impacts and collaborate with experts to address them.
  • Define and measure success through business and tech KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Salesforce Service Cloud certification required.
  • Master's degree (Bac+5) from a university, engineering, or business school.

Skills

Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and integration patterns (APIs, middleware). Proficiency in agile product management principles. Strong data-driven approach with the ability to define and analyze KPIs. Excellent communication skills in French and English. Proficiency with collaborative tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Teams. Ability to manage complex processes and transform them into simple user experiences.

Experience

At least 7 years as a Technical Product Owner with expertise in CRM/Service Cloud solutions, preferably in an international environment.

Education

Master's degree (Bac+5) from a university, engineering, or business school.
