Chanel seeks a Product Manager — Saks Account in Atlanta, GA to manage assortment, inventory and wholesale relations for Saks Fifth Avenue.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead product assortment, allocation and lifecycle management for the Saks Fifth Avenue Atlanta account, ensuring commercial targets and brand standards are met.
  • Collaborate closely with Saks merchant teams and internal merchandising, planning and logistics partners to optimise inventory flow and replenishment.
  • Analyse sell-through, stock cover and KPIs to inform assortment decisions, promotional activity and markdown strategies.
  • Coordinate product presentation, in-store visual standards and merchandising resets in partnership with retail operations and visual merchandising.
  • Drive pre-season and in-season forecasting, open-to-buy management, and allocation recommendations to maximise sell-through and margin.
  • Provide training and guidance to store leadership and sales teams on product story, features and client-facing selling points.
  • Manage cross-functional project work including launches, special events, and wholesale campaign execution for the account.
  • Escalate and resolve operational issues (deliveries, discrepancies, returns) with internal supply chain and Saks partners to protect sellable stock.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Fashion or a related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive product/merchandising experience in luxury retail or wholesale; experience with department stores (Saks Fifth Avenue preferred) advantageous.
  • Proven commercial acumen with experience driving assortment and allocation decisions to achieve sell-through and margin objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills with demonstrated ability to influence retail partners and internal teams.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to upholding luxury brand presentation and client experience standards.

Experience

Minimum four years of experience in merchandising, product management or planning within luxury retail or wholesale, ideally including direct management of a department store account or equivalent wholesale partner.
