Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Cultivate a positive work environment that encourages feedback and teamwork.
- Provide comprehensive training and development for team members, focusing on Chanel's savoir-faire and service excellence.
- Drive business performance in assigned product categories through analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Director and Home Office buying team to optimize product assortment.
- Represent Chanel in the market, expanding the client base through community engagement and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of related experience in luxury retail or a similar field is required.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
