Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct active market research and competitive analysis on gifting trends, commercial animation, and customer experience.
  • Analyze market best practices to identify improvement opportunities and differentiation levers in alignment with the brand's DNA.
  • Engage regularly with regional markets to understand their needs and business specifics to inform campaign offerings.
  • Participate in the strategic planning and execution of global and local brand animations.
  • Collaborate in the development process from briefing to final delivery of campaign orchestrations to regions.
  • Assist in the development and management of point-of-sale materials for campaign deployment.
  • Prepare development briefs for wrapping and gifting elements.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and forecasting teams to ensure the availability and distribution of gifting elements.
  • Support the development and management of the wrapping and gifting catalogues for campaigns and institutional use.
  • Facilitate communication and adoption of Key Event Moments (KEM) by local teams and sales points.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a higher education degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Seeking an internship as part of a gap year or end-of-studies program.

Skills

Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously. Attention to detail and curiosity. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Experience

No prior experience required, suitable for students in their final years of study.

Education

Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university.
