Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and updating of product data sheets within internal systems such as PLM and Next.
  • Ensure the consistency and completeness of product data, including nomenclature, components, dimensions, weights, codifications, finishes, and colors.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and validate information.
  • Prepare materials related to collections, including partner calendars, product ranges, and collection boards.
  • Support colleagues in mastering tools, particularly PLM, and collaborate with a network of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in communication regarding tool updates and data news.
  • Contribute to transformation or evolution projects of tools as defined during planning.
  • Identify anomalies and report issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of product data processes.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in project management, data management, or the luxury/fashion sector.
  • Marked interest in leather goods, products, and data structuring.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and ideally data management tools. Attention to detail and analytical skills. Organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively. Flexibility, adaptability, and strong listening and pedagogical skills. Proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in the luxury fashion industry and data management is essential.

Education

Pursuing a Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
