Role & Responsibilities
- Support the press communications team in maintaining and updating press tools and resources, including media databases, digital newsrooms and asset libraries.
- Prepare and distribute press kits, embargoed materials and media mailings in coordination with PR managers and external agencies.
- Manage and update media lists and contact databases, ensuring accuracy of contact details and coverage preferences.
- Monitor press coverage and social media mentions; compile daily/weekly coverage reports and basic analytics for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in logistical coordination for press appointments, showings and press events, including briefings, sample tracking and invitations.
- Contribute to the preparation of presentation materials, press releases and internal summaries; ensure adherence to brand guidelines and image credits.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or fashion/luxury management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple administrative tasks with strict attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional, client-focused manner.
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-moving environment and to prioritise competing requests.
- Discretion, cultural sensitivity and a collaborative attitude suited to luxury-brand communications.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or practical experience in public relations, communications or press operations is preferred; hands-on exposure to press workflows, sample tracking or media monitoring is an advantage.
Education
Enrolment in or recent completion of a bachelor's or master's programme in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Fashion/Luxury Management.
