PR Intern
Chanel is hiring a PR Intern in Brussels to support media relations, events and press monitoring for the local communications team.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the local PR team with day-to-day communications tasks, including drafting press materials, media alerts and distribution lists.
- Maintain and update media contact databases and press kits; coordinate sample and look tracking for editorial requests.
- Assist with organisation and on-site support for press previews, product launches, showroom appointments and brand events.
- Monitor and compile daily media coverage and clipping reports; prepare basic analysis for the communications team.
- Liaise with agency partners, production teams and in-house stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of PR assets.
- Contribute to influencer and editorial outreach, including follow-up and relationship tracking.
- Undertake administrative tasks to support the department, such as calendar management, travel arrangements and expense reporting.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related discipline.
- Excellent writing skills and strong editorial judgment with attention to detail.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced luxury environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor when dealing with media, agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Interest in luxury fashion, beauty and culture; a demonstrable enthusiasm for brand storytelling.
- Excellent command of English; French and/or Dutch advantageous.

Experience
Previous internship experience in PR, communications, media or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; candidates should demonstrate familiarity with press relations and editorial workflows through academic projects, extracurriculars or short placements.
Education
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
