Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute regional portfolio strategy across North Asia and SEAA, ensuring alignment with global brand objectives and local market dynamics.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, processes and decision‑rights for assortment, range optimisation, lifecycle management and product allocation.
- Lead cross‑functional governance forums with commercial, merchandising, finance, supply chain and market leadership to approve launches, price changes and range decisions.
- Develop and monitor KPI dashboards and regular performance reporting (assortment health, sell‑through, margin, inventory ageing), providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct financial and scenario analysis to inform assortment trade‑offs, markdown strategies and replenishment priorities.
- Coordinate regional rollout plans for product launches and collections, ensuring market readiness, compliance and timing consistency.
- Identify portfolio risks and opportunities, driving corrective action plans and continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, merchandising or a related discipline; advanced degree a plus.
- Proven track record in portfolio management, merchandising or commercial strategy within luxury fashion or premium retail.
- Demonstrated experience operating across North Asian and Southeast Asian markets, with strong stakeholder management in matrix organisations.
- Advanced analytical capability with experience in KPI development, financial modelling and commercial decision support.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for executive reporting and cross‑border collaboration.

Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive commercial, merchandising or portfolio governance experience in luxury goods, premium retail or fashion, including demonstrable exposure to North Asia and Southeast Asia market structures and commercial rhythms.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, merchandising, marketing or equivalent; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification advantageous.
