Planning Intern

Role & Responsibilities

• Support the planning team in weekly and monthly production scheduling to ensure alignment with commercial requirements and factory capacity.
• Maintain and reconcile planning data within the ERP system; update forecasts, master production schedules and order statuses.
• Analyse sales and inventory data to identify trends, risks and opportunities; prepare concise reports and dashboards for planners and management.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication with merchandising, production, and logistics to follow up on critical actions and delays.
• Prepare presentation materials and status summaries for planning meetings and reviews.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects to improve planning processes, data quality and reporting automation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business or a related field.
• Strong analytical aptitude with rigorous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capacity to manage and prioritise multiple tasks within tight deadlines in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to discretion and quality.

Skills

Experience

Internship-level role; prior academic projects or short internships in supply chain, planning, logistics or operations are advantageous but not mandatory. Practical exposure to ERP systems and data analysis is desirable.

Education

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business or equivalent.
