Role & Responsibilities
- Design, deliver and continuously improve employee experience initiatives across the Hong Kong organisation, including onboarding, engagement programs and internal communications.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and induction for new hires, ensuring a seamless experience across corporate and retail populations.
- Partner with business leaders and HRBP(s) to identify people risks and opportunities, and implement local solutions that align with global HR standards.
- Manage HR operations and ensure accurate execution of HR processes (employee records, contracts, approvals) in line with local employment law and corporate policy.
- Plan and execute employee events, learning activities and recognition programmes that reinforce brand values and workplace culture.
- Produce regular people metrics and qualitative feedback, translating insights into actionable improvements.
- Liaise with external vendors (training providers, benefits administrators, payroll partners) to deliver consistent service levels.
- Support performance management cycles and talent mobility processes, coordinating logistics and communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline preferred.
- Professional qualification or certification in HR (CIPD, SHRM or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven experience managing employee communications and events.
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.

Experience
Typically 3–5 years of progressive experience in HR, people operations or employee experience, preferably with exposure to retail or luxury brands and multi‑stakeholder environments.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
