Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform manual and machine-assisted packaging of luxury products according to defined specifications and visual standards.
  • Inspect packaging components and finished units for defects, ensuring uncompromising quality and conformity to Chanel standards.
  • Operate, monitor and perform basic troubleshooting of packaging machinery and line equipment under established safety protocols.
  • Assemble, label and seal product units; prepare cartons and pallets for dispatch while maintaining accurate production documentation.
  • Adhere to GMP, hygiene and safety procedures; maintain a clean, organized workstation and report non-conformities promptly.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets while supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the production line.

Qualifications

  • Proven manual dexterity and a meticulous attention to visual detail.
  • Ability to follow standardized operating procedures and read basic production documentation.
  • Comfort working in a paced manufacturing environment and standing for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts or overtime when required by production schedules.
  • Basic numeracy and the ability to complete simple quality or inventory records.

Experience

Entry-level role; previous experience in packaging, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals or other regulated production environments is advantageous but not mandatory.

Education
