Role & Responsibilities
- Perform manual and machine-assisted packaging of luxury products according to defined specifications and visual standards.
- Inspect packaging components and finished units for defects, ensuring uncompromising quality and conformity to Chanel standards.
- Operate, monitor and perform basic troubleshooting of packaging machinery and line equipment under established safety protocols.
- Assemble, label and seal product units; prepare cartons and pallets for dispatch while maintaining accurate production documentation.
- Adhere to GMP, hygiene and safety procedures; maintain a clean, organized workstation and report non-conformities promptly.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets while supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the production line.
Qualifications
- Proven manual dexterity and a meticulous attention to visual detail.
- Ability to follow standardized operating procedures and read basic production documentation.
- Comfort working in a paced manufacturing environment and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts or overtime when required by production schedules.
- Basic numeracy and the ability to complete simple quality or inventory records.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; previous experience in packaging, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals or other regulated production environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or vocational certificate preferred; on-the-job training will be provided.
