Role & Responsibilities

  • Direct and optimise all day-to-day boutique operations at the Maiden Lane store to ensure seamless customer service and adherence to brand standards.
  • Manage inventory lifecycle including receiving, stock accuracy, replenishment, transfers and cycle counts to safeguard merchandise integrity.
  • Develop and maintain operational processes: staff scheduling, cash handling, visual merchandising compliance, and operational reporting.
  • Lead loss-prevention and compliance programmes, ensuring adherence to security protocols, audit readiness and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with sales leadership to align operational activity with commercial goals, staffing needs and clientelling initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor operations staff, delivering training on procedures, POS systems, and service etiquette to elevate team performance.
  • Coordinate with logistics, supply chain and regional support teams to resolve stock, shipment and store infrastructure issues.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in a boutique or flagship retail environment with a focus on operations management.
  • Demonstrable experience in inventory control, cash management and loss-prevention practices.
  • Strong organisational and process-driven mindset with the ability to implement and sustain operational standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with experience coaching teams and working cross-functionally.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism and alignment with luxury brand service expectations.

Experience
