Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the Heart of House operations to ensure maximum productivity of the boutique.
  • Utilize IT tools such as Y2, RFID, SAP, Workday, and Microsoft Office to manage all facets of boutique operations, including stock management and grey market activity.
  • Administer HR tools and processes, including rotas, onboarding, and payroll, to enhance employee experience.
  • Coordinate with the Maintenance Team to resolve any maintenance issues, ensuring a flawless boutique environment.
  • Collaborate with the Security Team to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for clients and employees.
  • Ensure the provision of necessary resources such as stationery, refreshments, and uniforms to support daily operations.

  • Proven track record in delivering operational excellence in a large, fast-paced luxury environment.
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills to foster a supportive and successful team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to support and develop team members, enhancing their employability and value to the brand.

Skills

Proficiency in IT tools such as Y2, RFID, SAP, Workday, and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Experience in a similar role within a luxury retail environment is essential.
