Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational activities across retail and distribution, including order processing, stock reconciliation and store replenishment coordination.
- Assist with inbound and outbound logistics coordination, liaising with carriers, warehouses and internal stakeholders to ensure timely flow of goods.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and dashboards, extract data for inventory analysis and highlight variances or exceptions.
- Participate in process-improvement initiatives and ad‑hoc projects to optimise fulfillment, inventory accuracy and store operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures, maintaining strict confidentiality of product movements and commercial information.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s programme in business, supply chain, logistics, operations management or a related discipline.
- Excellent organisational aptitude with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to numerical accuracy and detail.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- High standards of discretion and professionalism appropriate to a luxury environment.
Skills
Experience
Previous internships or practical experience in retail operations, logistics, supply chain or a related commercial function is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for luxury retail operations and a willingness to learn are essential.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s level education in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or a closely related field (current enrolment or recent graduate).
