Operations Assistant Manager

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Manager in overseeing performance indicators and develop action plans in collaboration with all boutique stakeholders.
- Monitor daily retail performance metrics, including traffic, average basket size, and monthly targets.
- Analyze sales performance of staff and product collections, focusing on sell-through rates, month coverage, and merchandising highlights.
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of new collection purchases and sales.
- Provide analytical support to managers across various departments, such as sales, visual merchandising, and alterations.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, including uniform distribution, badge access, and IT tools.
- Support managers and staff in preparing team briefings and informational meetings, and lead briefings related to specific topics.
- Assist the Operations Manager in managing general services to uphold the boutique's image.
- Act as a key contact for interactions with department store teams.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering program, or university.
- Minimum of six months of analytical experience in management, finance, or marketing, or experience in a boutique setting.
- Interest in fashion industry.

Experience
At least six months of experience in analytical roles or boutique operations.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
