Join Chanel in Paris as an Operations Assistant Intern in the Watch and Fine Jewelry division. This full-time internship offers a unique opportunity to work with a prestigious luxury brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for retailers regarding finished products, accessories, spare parts, and packaging.
  • Communicate product availability, order status, and pricing information to retailers.
  • Enter orders and provide instructions to warehouses for order preparation, billing, and delivery.
  • Organize and monitor logistics for transport and billing.
  • Act as the main contact for boutiques regarding finished products, accessories, spare parts, and packaging.
  • Transmit order entry and delivery instructions based on customer requirements.
  • Coordinate transfers between boutiques.
  • Provide operational support to teams on stock, cash register, and uniform procedures, and participate in meetings with boutiques.
  • Continuously update the Stock Process Book.
  • Manage stock exchange requests between France, Europe, and international markets, including tracking requests and providing transport instructions.
  • Participate in the deployment of digital tools and support teams in adopting new functionalities.
  • Monitor performance of tools and services, and create dashboards including all KPIs for recurring reports.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree at Bac +4/5 level.
  • Ideally, previous experience in retail through internships or work placements.

Skills

Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent in French.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree at Bac +4/5 level.
