Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the footwear development team, including calendar management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate operational aspects of product development cycles: sample logistics, supplier communications and tracking of development milestones.
  • Manage and process administrative paperwork such as expense reports, invoices and purchase requests, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
  • Maintain and organise product documentation, technical files and shared drives to ensure version control and ease of access for cross‑functional teams.
  • Prepare meeting materials and follow up on action items; support project trackers and status reporting for development leads.
  • Support ad hoc projects and requests from the design, production and sourcing teams, acting as a reliable interface between internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in fashion management, business administration, product development or a related discipline.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to prioritise multiple simultaneous tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and rigor in document handling and administrative processes.
  • Professional communication skills, discretion and the ability to liaise confidently with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Proactive working style, autonomy and a collaborative mindset; capacity to follow processes while proposing pragmatic improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); prior experience with expense reporting and document management is a plus.

Experience

Previous internship or practical experience in administrative support, product development or operations — ideally within fashion, accessories, or luxury goods — is advantageous but not mandatory for this internship.

Enrolled in or recently graduated from a tertiary programme (Bachelor's or Master's) in fashion, business administration, product development or related field.
