Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of permanent merchandising briefs for skincare and fragrance projects, ensuring adherence to predetermined timelines and budgets.
- Update tracking tools for various permanent projects, including dashboards, retro-planning, and books.
- Maintain and update planogram books related to different furniture concepts.
- Design and ensure effective communication of merchandising information to internal partners.
- Produce necessary documentation for project development, including reference creation, PLV sheets, forecast grids, and marketing cards.
- Organize and prepare for monthly Permanent Steering Committees, actively participating in these meetings.
- Conduct dynamic competitive analysis and market needs assessments to inform strategic thinking and briefs.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a higher education degree in business, engineering, or a related field, seeking a gap year or end-of-studies internship.
- Demonstrated passion for Client Experience, Merchandising, or Retail.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in client experience and merchandising is essential.
Education
Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering program, or university.
