Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Merchandising Project Manager on the permanent fragrance and skincare assortment, including range architecture, SKU lifecycle and catalogue maintenance.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (product development, marketing, retail, supply chain and finance) to ensure project timelines and launch readiness.
- Prepare merchandising briefs, POS specifications and visual merchandising instructions for in-store and digital activations.
- Monitor stock levels, in-season performance and sell-through; produce regular sales and inventory reports to inform replenishment and promotional decisions.
- Contribute to pricing and promotional scenarios, ensuring alignment with global brand positioning and local market constraints.
- Assist with quality control of merchandising assets (packshots, labels, merchandising materials) and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Track project milestones, update trackers and support administrative tasks necessary for on-time execution of merchandising projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business, marketing, luxury management, fashion merchandising or a related discipline (mandatory for an internship contract).
- Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage concurrent deadlines.
- Commercial sensibility with demonstrable interest in beauty, fragrance or luxury retail.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills; capacity to liaise with international teams and external partners.
- Prior internship experience in retail merchandising, product management or marketing is advantageous.

Internship-level role: current students or recent graduates with prior internships (ideally 3–12 months) in retail, beauty, merchandising or brand project support are preferred. Demonstrated exposure to assortment planning, reporting or cross-functional project coordination is advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, luxury management, fashion merchandising or a related field.
