Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Media Project Manager in the end‑to‑end execution of media campaigns for fragrance and beauty launches across paid, owned and earned channels.
- Coordinate briefs, timelines and deliverables with internal stakeholders (product, PR, CRM, digital) and external media agencies.
- Assist in media trafficking and campaign setup across digital platforms, ensuring creative assets and targeting parameters are delivered on schedule.
- Monitor campaign performance, consolidate KPIs and produce weekly and post‑campaign reports with actionable insights.
- Contribute to budget tracking and invoice follow‑up in coordination with finance and agencies.
- Prepare presentations for campaign reviews, steering committees and agency debriefs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory constraints.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a recognised Bachelor’s or Master’s programme (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Communication, Media, Advertising or equivalent, on a work‑study (alternance) pathway.
- Strong interest in luxury beauty and fragrance marketing, with a commercial and analytical mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French; professional working knowledge of English is strongly preferred.
- Organisational precision, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship(s) or practical experience in media, digital marketing or an advertising agency is preferred; demonstrable exposure to campaign setup, reporting or agency coordination is an advantage.
Education
Candidate must be enrolled in a higher‑education programme (final‑year Bachelor's or Master's) in Marketing, Media, Communication, Advertising or a related discipline and eligible for an alternance/work‑study contract.
