Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Corporate media project manager in planning and executing multi‑channel media campaigns.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day communication with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of creative assets and media materials.
- Assist with media schedules, production timelines and campaign calendars; monitor deadlines and flag risks to project leads.
- Contribute to budget tracking, invoice reconciliation and basic financial reporting related to media spend.
- Compile campaign performance reports and KPI summaries; participate in post‑campaign analyses and presentation preparation.
- Prepare briefs, meeting notes and client presentations; ensure documentation and asset version control.
- Participate in ad operations tasks as required (asset trafficking, QA checks) and support testing/monitoring of live campaigns.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communications, Media, Marketing, Business or equivalent (alternance/work‑study agreement required).
- Demonstrable interest in media, digital advertising and brand communications; prior internships in media, agency or marketing teams preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, rigor and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional polish for stakeholder interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Google Workspace and basic data reporting tools.

Previous internship experience in media, communications, advertising or a brand marketing team is preferred but not mandatory; the role is structured for a candidate entering a work‑study (alternance) program.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (Communications, Media, Marketing, Business or comparable discipline).
