Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in all communication instances with the media agency.
- Manage the dispatch of technical elements and ensure proper follow-up for media across the three divisions: Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry, and Fragrance & Beauty.
- Order press visuals via the internal ADOP platform and ensure delivery to media outlets.
- Work on media plans and ensure their online implementation and accuracy.
- Facilitate effective communication with the European and global teams regarding media campaigns.
- Organize the media department's operations, including magazine monitoring and meeting coordination.
Qualifications
- Current student in business school, university, or communication/advertising program.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong sense of discretion, organization, and service.
- Recognized for precision, agility, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in digital media and social networks.
- Fluent in French.
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background in communication, media, or related fields is preferred.
Education
Currently enrolled in a business school, university, or communication/advertising program.
