Role & Responsibilities
- Support the France media team in planning and executing paid media campaigns across offline and digital channels.
- Prepare media briefs and coordinate deliverables with media agencies, creative teams and internal stakeholders.
- Manage trafficking of assets, timelines and approvals to ensure on-time campaign activation.
- Monitor campaign performance; produce regular reports and syntheses for local stakeholders.
- Track media budgets and expenditures, flagging variances and ensuring compliance with financial processes.
- Assist with weekly/monthly media calendars, scheduling and localization of global campaigns for the French market.
- Contribute to media testing and optimisation initiatives, collating insights and recommendations.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the team (meeting notes, vendor follow-ups, asset archiving).
Qualifications
- Enrolment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communications, Media, Advertising, Marketing or Journalism, with eligibility for alternance/apprenticeship.
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail; proven capacity to manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French; ability to draft clear briefs and reports.
- Proactive team player with a collaborative mindset and professional disposition when liaising with agencies and partners.
- Analytical curiosity and basic numeracy for budget monitoring and performance reporting.

Experience
Previous internships or 6–12 months experience in a media, agency or brand marketing environment is advantageous but not mandatory; applicants should demonstrate practical exposure to campaign workflows and an eagerness to learn within a fast-paced luxury context.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Media, Advertising, Marketing or Journalism (alternance/apprenticeship track).
