Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the European POS (point-of-sale) marketing buying process, from specification to purchase order execution for displays, promotional materials and merchandising assets.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Retail teams to translate campaign briefs into compliant POS concepts and procurement specifications.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders, follow up order status, track delivery timelines and ensure on-time receipt of POS materials at regional distribution points.
  • Manage supplier relations including sourcing support, price and lead-time comparisons, quality follow-ups and escalation management to safeguard brand standards.
  • Monitor budgets and costs for POS projects, maintain accurate procurement records and contribute to regular reporting and post-campaign reconciliation.
  • Support compliance with internal buying procedures, vendor contracting, and sustainability or sourcing guidelines where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s-level programme in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, Marketing or a closely related field (work‑study / alternance agreement required).
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines concurrently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional coordination and supplier interaction.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort handling budgets, forecasts and basic commercial reporting.
  • Proactive approach, problem-solving aptitude and commitment to brand quality and compliance.

Experience
