Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the fragrance category strategy in Hong Kong, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives.
  • Drive and implement fragrance initiatives to strengthen market share and brand equity.
  • Collaborate with Retail Marketing, CRM, Omni-channel, and PR/Media to deliver integrated client experiences.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign effectiveness, and recommend improvements for sustained business impact.
  • Design personalized client journeys and boutique events to deepen client loyalty and elevate the luxury fragrance narrative.

Qualifications

  • Degree in business or marketing.
  • Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury beauty.

Skills

Passion for luxury and beauty with a collaborative mindset. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Fluency in English and Chinese.

Experience

Proven ability in strategic planning, campaign management, forecasting, and budget oversight.

Education

Degree in business or marketing.
