Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing and commercial teams in the preparation and execution of seasonal product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct market, competitor and trend analyses to inform assortment and campaign planning.
  • Assist in the preparation of commercial reports, sales tracking and KPI monitoring for regional and store-level performance.
  • Prepare presentation materials, briefing documents and merchandising guidelines for internal stakeholders and retail partners.
  • Coordinate administrative and operational tasks related to product allocations, pricing updates and POS materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (merchandising, retail, visual, ecommerce, agencies) to ensure alignment on calendar and activations.
  • Contribute to the organisation and on-site support of events, store activations and client-facing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Business, Luxury Brand Management or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated interest in fashion and luxury goods, with an understanding of seasonal product cycles and retail fundamentals.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; high presentation standards and professionalism.
  • Analytical aptitude with the ability to compile data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Proactive team player who can also work autonomously and manage multiple stakeholders.

Experience

Internship-level role. Previous internship experience in fashion, retail or marketing is advantageous but not required; candidates should be currently enrolled in a relevant academic programme.

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Luxury Brand Management, or equivalent.
