Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Europe Watches & Jewellery marketing and commercial team in planning and executing product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional activity across wholesale and owned channels.
- Coordinate development and distribution of POS materials, visual assets and trade collaterals with creative, retail and production partners to ensure brand consistency at point of sale.
- Assist with commercial calendars, go-to-market schedules and inventory coordination to align marketing activity with sales windows and retail merchandising.
- Prepare commercial reporting, track campaign KPIs, consolidate sales data and produce presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with regional retail, wholesale and e‑commerce teams to ensure accurate implementation of pricing, assortments and promotional mechanics.
- Support event logistics for trade shows, client events and retailer activations across European markets, including supplier coordination and on-site assistance.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects with product, CRM and PR teams; perform administrative duties to maintain project files and budgets.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, Business, Luxury Management or equivalent and eligible for a French alternance/work‑study contract starting September 2026.
- Strong interest in luxury watches and fine jewellery, with an appreciation for product heritage and client experience.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication; ability to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Proactive attitude, discretion and commitment to high standards of presentation and accuracy.
Skills
Experience
Previous internships or short-term experience (6–12 months) in marketing, retail operations or the luxury sector is preferred but not required. Experience coordinating across multiple markets or supporting product launches is an advantage.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme in Marketing, Business, Luxury Management or a related field; must be eligible for an alternance/work‑study contract in France starting September 2026.
