Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain a comprehensive in-store education curriculum covering product knowledge, service standards, clienteling and sales techniques.
- Deliver interactive classroom and on-floor training sessions, product masterclasses and role-play coaching for client advisors and store teams.
- Onboard new hires and certify proficiency through assessments and observed competencies; maintain training records and progress reports.
- Coach store leadership and sales staff to translate learning into measurable sales performance and service KPIs.
- Partner with regional and corporate Learning & Development to align local programming with global brand initiatives and product launches.
- Develop training materials and visual aids (presentations, playbooks, e-learning assets) that reflect Chanel’s brand voice and luxury standards.
- Analyze training effectiveness through performance metrics, feedback and mystery-shopping results; propose continuous improvement actions.
- Manage the calendar of educational events and coordinate logistics for internal guest speakers, brand ambassadors and vendor-led sessions.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver adult learning and coaching in a retail environment, with a polished presentation style and strong facilitation skills.
- Demonstrable leadership and interpersonal skills; capacity to inspire, influence and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Deep understanding of luxury retail service standards, clienteling best practices and product storytelling.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple programs and producing training collateral.
- Capacity to work flexible hours, including retail peak times and weekend training sessions.

Experience
Typically requires 5+ years of retail experience in the luxury sector, including at least 2 years in a training, education or coaching capacity supporting boutique teams and store leadership.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred (education, business, hospitality or related); equivalent professional experience in retail training accepted.
