Chanel seeks a Manager, Client Development in Bal Harbour, FL to lead VIP clienteling and drive boutique sales growth.

Role & Responsibilities
- Drive client development strategy for the Bal Harbour boutique to increase wallet share, frequency and lifetime value of clients.
- Lead clienteling and VIP programmes, ensuring personalised service, proactive outreach and curated appointment experiences.
- Manage and coach boutique sales advisors to deliver exceptional service, meet individual and store sales targets, and uphold brand standards.
- Oversee CRM usage, segmentation and campaign execution in partnership with regional marketing and CRM teams.
- Analyse sales, conversion and client data to identify growth opportunities and adjust tactical plans accordingly.
- Coordinate with merchandising, visual and operations teams to support events, trunk shows and product launches.
- Ensure boutique standards for merchandising, presentation, client confidentiality and loss prevention are consistently met.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in luxury retail with a track record of developing client portfolios and delivering measurable sales growth.
- Demonstrated expertise in clienteling, VIP service and relationship management within a high-end brand environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate CRM and sales data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy and discretion when interacting with high-net-worth clients.
- Ability to coach, motivate and develop a high-performance sales team.
Skills
Experience
Approximately 5+ years in luxury retail, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity focused on client development, VIP relationship management and CRM-driven sales programs.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent retail management experience considered.
