Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Artistic Direction finance team in the preparation and consolidation of monthly management reports and budget trackers.
  • Monitor project and campaign budgets for creative and production activities; record commitments and follow up on actual spend versus plan.
  • Perform variance analysis and prepare explanatory notes and dashboards for internal stakeholders and senior management.
  • Contribute to forecasting and reforecasting exercises, including scenario analysis and cash commitment planning.
  • Coordinate with Artistic Direction, Procurement and Accounting to ensure accurate recording of invoices, POs and cost allocations.
  • Produce clear, visually effective presentations and data visualisations for meetings with creative and commercial teams.
  • Maintain and improve reporting templates, processes and internal control documentation; support ad-hoc financial analyses.

Qualifications

  • Current enrolment in a Master’s programme or Grande École in Finance, Management Control, Accounting or equivalent.
  • Proven analytical rigour, strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confident use of PowerPoint for executive presentations.
  • Ability to synthesise financial data into concise insights and to communicate effectively with creative and finance stakeholders.
  • High level of organisation, autonomy and respect for confidentiality in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Experience

Previous internship experience in financial control, accounting, or finance is desirable; prior exposure to retail, luxury goods, cosmetics or FMCG environments is an advantage but not required.

Education

Enrolled in a Master’s degree or equivalent programme in Finance, Management Control, Accounting, or Business School.
