Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a unique and personalized Chanel experience for each client in the boutique.
  • Welcome clients and guide them through an exceptional in-store journey.
  • Deliver a warm, bespoke experience to every client, nurturing their desire for Chanel.
  • Conduct tailored beauty services for clients.
  • Develop and maintain a client database to ensure continued engagement beyond the boutique visit.
  • Stay informed about Chanel's digital strategy and market trends to provide a seamless omnichannel experience.
  • Co-manage the boutique's presentation in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Occasionally participate in press or internal events for the brand.
  • Drive Chanel's performance by achieving sales targets through various channels.
  • Contribute to the point of sale's animation and act as an influencer within the team.
  • Propose and implement creative action plans to meet objectives.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of various procedures.
  • Share best practices with the team, fostering a dynamic and knowledgeable environment.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in sales and a passion for the Fragrance and Beauty sector.
  • Diploma in Makeup Artistry or 5 years of experience as a Makeup Artist.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player. Proactive with the ability to listen and adapt in a constantly evolving environment. Strong performance and challenge-driven mindset. Sensitivity to fashion and intercultural openness. Fluent in English.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Makeup Artist or equivalent professional background.

Education

Diploma in Makeup Artistry or equivalent experience.
