Role & Responsibilities
- Provide immersive makeup consultations and service-led experiences to connect clients with the brand.
- Promote skincare and fragrance alongside makeup to contribute to counter success.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and support business growth through events and masterclasses.
- Act as a mentor and ambassador to colleagues, sharing product knowledge and application techniques.
- Utilize clienteling and data capture tools to recruit new clients and expand the client portfolio.
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets and KPIs.
