Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert makeup applications to enhance the Chanel Fragrance and Beauty account's performance.
  • Promote and drive the growth of the makeup business while achieving personal and team targets and KPIs.
  • Provide elevated consultations and host makeup masterclasses to immerse clients in the brand experience.
  • Promote Chanel's fragrance and skincare lines alongside makeup offerings.
  • Create exceptional, personalized client experiences that align with Chanel's brand values.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, contributing to Chanel's growth in the beauty market.
  • Capture client data to build Chanel's client portfolio in accordance with brand expectations.
  • Drive sales and contribute to the overall performance of the counter.
  • Collaborate effectively within the team to enrich the overall client experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the luxury beauty sector.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and foster a collaborative team spirit.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver makeup applications, masterclasses, and workshops.
  • Understanding of business drivers and adaptability to a dynamic retail environment.
