Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct curative and preventive maintenance on equipment within the cream packaging and manufacturing sectors.
  • Contribute to the enhancement and installation of new equipment, ensuring efficient commissioning.
  • Oversee or participate in studies related to new equipment, installations, qualifications, and commissioning.
  • Create necessary documentation, develop training modules, and train colleagues and users.
  • Propose and implement user improvement and anomaly requests (TAIA).
  • Troubleshoot machines or sub-assemblies requiring diagnostic skills, downtime management, repair, and re-commissioning.
  • Manage stock levels and initiate replenishment of spare parts.
  • Coordinate with production and involved services to organize interventions and preventive maintenance plans.
  • Develop dossiers and train operators in preventive maintenance.
  • Participate in equipment validation within the scope of responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical and Industrial Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or Automatic Systems Design and Implementation.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance role.

Skills

Strong expertise in electrotechnics, regulation, and industrial automation. Knowledge in mechanics, pneumatics, machine tools, and computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint). Understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt and resolve issues efficiently.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in an industrial maintenance function is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
