Chanel Seoul is hiring a Fashion Advisor — deliver luxury client service, drive sales and uphold boutique standards in Seoul.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to Chanel clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and ensuring a signature luxury experience.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, follow-up and appointment management.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across ready-to-wear, leather goods, accessories and beauty; present merchandise with attention to storytelling and heritage.
  • Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, presentation and housekeeping in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Process sales transactions, manage returns/exchanges and maintain accurate client and inventory records using store systems.
  • Support stock management including receiving, replenishment, back-stock organisation and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Participate in training, internal events and local marketing initiatives to grow the client base and enhance store performance.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude and polished presentation.
  • Proven ability to close sales and develop repeat business through proactive clienteling.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in merchandising and stock control.
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and to perform under sales-driven targets.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling high-value clients and confidential information.

Experience

Typically 2+ years of retail experience in luxury fashion or premium brands with demonstrable sales achievements and client development experience.
