Chanel seeks a Fashion Advisor in Seoul to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to high-net-worth and repeat clients, building long-term relationships and loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and proactive clienteling.
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and product presentation consistent with Chanel brand standards.
  • Manage sales transactions, returns and after-sales service accurately and discreetly using the store's POS and client databases.
  • Develop and maintain detailed client records, follow up on leads and coordinate private appointments and VIP previews.
  • Support boutique operations including stock replenishment, inventory counts, receiving deliveries and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Participate in in-store events, product launches and promotional activities, representing the brand with professional poise.
  • Collaborate with boutique colleagues and management to share market feedback and client insights.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver luxury-level customer service with a polished, professional demeanour.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to engage discerning clients.
  • Strong sales orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets (preferred).
  • Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and local public holidays.
  • Legal right to work in South Korea and eligibility to work in the specified location.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of client-facing retail experience; prior experience within luxury fashion, beauty, or accessories boutiques is strongly preferred.

Education

Secondary education completed; vocational training or post-secondary studies in fashion, retail, hospitality or business is advantageous.
