Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients at the Harrods concession.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, clienteling and appointment management.
  • Maintain exemplary visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays reflect Chanel’s brand guidelines and seasonal directives.
  • Manage daily point-of-sale transactions, returns and after-sales processes with accuracy and discretion.
  • Proactively develop and maintain a client book, conduct follow-ups, and coordinate private viewings or bespoke service where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with store management on stock replenishment, inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Participate in brand training, product launches and promotional events to deepen product knowledge and elevate client experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for luxury retail and high-touch client service with a professional, polished demeanour.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; confident engagement with affluent clientele.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • High level of numeracy and accuracy for cash handling and transactional responsibilities.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience
