Luxury Beauty Advisor
Chanel seeks a Fragrance and Beauty Sales Consultant in London (H Beauty Milton Keynes) to deliver luxury client experiences and drive retail sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, boutique-level client experiences through one-to-one consultations across fragrance, skincare and make-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Develop and maintain a personal client portfolio, managing follow-ups, bookings and personalised recommendations.
- Maintain brand standards for visual merchandising, product presentation and stock replenishment within the concession.
- Operate point-of-sale, process transactions and ensure accurate cash handling and stock control procedures.
- Participate in brand training, product launches, and in-store events to drive engagement and sales.
Qualifications
- Right to work in the UK.
- Proven retail sales experience in luxury beauty or fragrance (preferred 2+ years).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings to meet retail trading hours.
- Professional presentation and a client-focused, discreet approach consistent with luxury service standards.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of approximately 2 years' experience in luxury beauty, fragrance or premium cosmetics retail; prior concession or boutique experience is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (GCSEs/A-levels) or equivalent; vocational beauty or cosmetics qualifications preferred but not required.
