Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day warehouse and distribution centre activities, including inbound receiving, putaway, order picking, packing and outbound shipping.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, discrepancy investigations and reconciliation with inventory management systems.
- Manage, coach and schedule a team of warehouse operatives and temporary staff; drive performance through KPIs and regular feedback.
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders and customs brokers to guarantee on‑time deliveries and compliance with import/export regulations.
- Implement and enforce handling, storage and security procedures specific to high‑value luxury goods, ensuring product integrity and quality.
- Produce operational reports and dashboards for regional logistics management; identify process bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain health & safety standards within the warehouse and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in warehouse, distribution or logistics operations, ideally within fashion, luxury goods or retail.
- Strong understanding of import/export documentation, customs procedures and compliance requirements for Hong Kong and regional markets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, set priorities and drive operational KPIs in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures; familiarity with ERP systems is desirable.
- Relevant certifications in logistics, supply chain or occupational health & safety are advantageous.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years' hands‑on experience in logistics or warehouse supervision, preferably in luxury retail, fashion or high‑value product environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business or a related discipline preferred; or equivalent vocational qualification with commensurate professional experience.
