Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize logistics operations for Hong Kong and Macau, ensuring seamless supply chain performance.
- Oversee shipment activities, inventory accuracy, and vendor performance.
- Support strategic decisions through data analysis and reporting.
- Guarantee timely and compliant logistics operations that uphold Chanel’s standards of excellence.
- Strengthen partnerships with internal teams and external vendors to deliver superior service levels.
- Provide actionable insights through KPI analysis to enhance operational performance.
- Champion process improvements and compliance initiatives to elevate efficiency across the logistics function.
Qualifications
- University degree in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics operations or freight forwarding, preferably in luxury retail.
