Legal Intern
Chanel in Paris is seeking a Legal Intern to join their dynamic team. This full-time position involves drafting and negotiating contracts, conducting legal research, and supporting the legal department's operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Draft, analyze, negotiate, and monitor various commercial contracts in both French and English, including indirect procurement contracts and confidentiality agreements.
- Assist in drafting real estate legal documents such as leases, sublease agreements, termination protocols, and notices.
- Prepare legal correspondence, memos, meeting summaries, and other documentation.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external operational and commercial stakeholders.
- Conduct legal research and maintain legal vigilance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal practices and processes.
- Provide assistance on various other matters within the department.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Law (Bac+5 or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department (internship, professional contract, etc.).
- Proficiency in real estate law, contract law, and/or commercial law.

Experience
Previous experience in a legal setting, either in a law firm or a corporate legal department, is required.
Education
Advanced degree in Law (Bac+5 or equivalent).
