Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting, analyzing, negotiating, and monitoring various IT and digital contracts in both French and English, including licenses, maintenance, SaaS, integration, consulting, website development, confidentiality agreements, and tenders.
  • Participate in the analysis and compliance of projects in accordance with data protection regulations, internal security policies, artificial intelligence guidelines, and compliance programs.
  • Draft legal correspondence, memos, meeting notes, and reports.
  • Provide assistance and coordinate with internal and external operational and commercial stakeholders for project follow-up.
  • Conduct legal research and maintain legal watch.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal practices and processes.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Bac+5) in Law with a specialization in IT Contract Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Digital Law.
  • Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, focusing on IT contract negotiation.

Skills

Excellent drafting, organizational, and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Proficiency in English is essential.

Experience

Candidates should have prior experience in IT contract negotiation, ideally gained through internships or professional training contracts.

Education

Advanced degree in Law (Bac+5).
