Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and draft contracts related to communication and event production, including exhibitions, shows, and product launches.
- Assist in content production agreements, talent and music performances, and image partnerships for festivals and cultural programming.
- Manage artistic and cultural sponsorships, including acquisition and loan of artworks, and handle iconographic clearances and heritage matters.
- Compile litigation and dispute files.
- Prepare memos, guidelines, and process documentation.
- Conduct legal monitoring and in-depth research.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Intellectual Property, Media, and Communication Law.

Experience
Previous experience in a law firm or corporate setting, focusing on contract law related to creation, communication, and events.
