Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Training Team in the development and implementation of learning strategies and project follow-ups.
  • Assist with database management and Chanel Academy operations.
  • Extract and analyze KPIs and data.
  • Create and manage dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
  • Translate training content such as podcasts, onboarding modules, and user manuals.
  • Manage the distribution of awards and training materials.
  • Develop audiovisual content using Adobe Creative Suite, including reels, videos, images, and layouts.
  • Utilize digital tools for creating newsletters and reports.
  • Automate repetitive processes through technology.
  • Support the management of the INSIDE BEAUTY training tool.

Qualifications

  • Advanced communication skills in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Data-oriented mindset.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish. Strong organizational and teamwork skills. Advanced Excel and Office 365 skills. Data analysis and dashboard creation. Content creation using Adobe Creative Suite. Digital tool proficiency for newsletters and reports.

Experience

Experience in training is desirable.

Education

Background in Design, Multimedia, or Digital Content is a plus.
